1. General Information
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the online store operated by:

By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
MK Forms offers design objects and lighting products, including the Chamber of Dawn wall light.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, images and colours are accurate. Due to differences in screens, lighting conditions and the nature of hand-assembled products, minor variations may occur.
Each Chamber of Dawn is individually assembled and finished. Small variations in finish or appearance may therefore occur and are not considered defects where they do not materially affect the product's function or quality.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By placing an order and clicking the button confirming the purchase, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected product.
After receiving your order, we will send an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order. This confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order and confirm the order by email, or when we dispatch the product, whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where there are other legitimate reasons preventing us from fulfilling the order. If payment has already been received, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
4. Prices
All prices shown in the online store are stated in euros and include applicable German VAT.
The total price, including any applicable delivery costs, will be shown before the customer completes the order.
Standard delivery within the European Union is included in the purchase price.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
6. Delivery
We currently ship exclusively within the European Union.
Standard delivery within the EU is free of charge.
The estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, public holidays or other unforeseen events.
If a product is temporarily unavailable or requires additional production time, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the purchased goods remains with MK forms until the goods are delivered to the consumer or to a person designated by the consumer to receive them.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable German and European Union consumer law.
Unless a statutory exception applies, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.
The customer does not need to provide a reason for exercising the right of withdrawal.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not affect the customer's statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.
9. Returns
If the customer exercises their statutory right of withdrawal, the product must be returned within the applicable legal period.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
Products should be returned securely packaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

10. Refunds
Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs earlier as provided by applicable law.
11. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
All statutory consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain fully applicable.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged before delivery, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, the customer should contact us at:

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract, or other statutory remedies.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.
12. Product Use and Safety
Chamber of Dawn is intended for normal indoor use as described in the product information and accompanying instructions.
The product must be installed and used in accordance with the supplied instructions.
MK forms is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, unauthorised repair, or use contrary to the supplied instructions.
13. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the MK forms website, including product designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos, drawings and other visual material, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, copied or commercially used without prior written permission from MK forms, except where permitted by law.
14. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, as well as for damages arising from injury to life, body or health where legally required.
For other damages, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by applicable law.
Consumers may have access to other statutory dispute-resolution or complaint mechanisms available under applicable law.
16. Applicable Law
German law applies to these Terms of Service and to the contractual relationship between MK forms and the customer, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country where the consumer has their habitual residence.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service where necessary to reflect changes in applicable law, our services, or our business operations.
The version of the Terms of Service applicable at the time the order is placed shall apply to that purchase.
